NOSE  : delicate sensations of small autumn fruits and nuances of clove

TASTE  : important and wide entrance, on solic alcoholic bases supported by a fair quantity of tannins, sweet but not dull, well balanced, with a long ending

BEST SERVED WITH  : a wine for meditation, it can stay alone but is also fine coupled with pastries from the regional tradition, with valuable seasoned cheeses and sharp cheese creams

GRAPES  : red grapes from Sardinia;

HARVEST  : late harvest, end of October

ESPALIER VINEYARDS with a very low yield, from grapes turned into passito on plants

WINE-GROWTH  : long soaking in in steel, 1 year evolution in wood, 5 months refined in bottle
